OVERVIEW

This website is operated by WoodovaCraftworks. Throughout the website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to WoodovaCraftworks.

WoodovaCraftworks offers this website, including all information, products, tools, and services available through it, subject to these Terms of Service. Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services.

By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this website or purchase our products.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE ELIGIBILITY

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the legal age of majority in your country or region, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our products or services for unlawful purposes or violate any applicable laws while using this website.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current account, billing, delivery, and contact information.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS AND NATURAL MATERIALS

WoodovaCraftworks creates handcrafted products from natural materials, including teak root wood, solid teak, and natural rattan.

Because natural materials vary, each product may have differences in grain, color, shape, live edge, texture, markings, and dimensions. These natural characteristics make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on screen settings and lighting.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, and specifications may be updated without notice. We may discontinue a product or limit its availability at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment has been successfully processed and we confirm the order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when necessary, including because of incorrect pricing, unavailable materials, suspected fraud, an undeliverable address, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours after an order is placed. After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible because production may have started.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product options, measurements, delivery details, and personalization instructions before completing an order.

SECTION 4 – CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Custom sizes, requested finishes, modified depths, special edge styles, and other personalized specifications must be confirmed before production.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted measurements and specifications are accurate.

Custom or personalized products cannot be returned due to a change of mind, except where they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

SECTION 5 – PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND IMPORT CHARGES

Prices and available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Free standard shipping is available to all destinations we currently serve, including remote or extended delivery areas.

For non-remote deliveries to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and Australia, applicable import duties and import taxes are included in the purchase price and shipped on a duties-paid basis.

Local sales tax may still be calculated at checkout where required by law.

For remote or extended delivery areas, free standard shipping still applies. However, duties, taxes, handling fees, and other import charges are not prepaid and must be paid by the recipient if charged.

For all other destinations, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Production normally requires 7–10 business days. Standard international transit normally requires approximately 10–14 business days after dispatch.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, remote destinations, or circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, email address, postal code, and telephone number.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS, DAMAGE, AND REFUNDS

Eligible standard products may be returned by requesting a return within 14 days after delivery.

Customers must contact us before sending a return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. Different arrangements apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

SECTION 8 – WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on this website is accurate. Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, availability, promotions, or shipping information.

We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and update the website. If an error materially affects a confirmed order, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution.

SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The WoodovaCraftworks name, website content, product photographs, videos, graphics, text, designs, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to WoodovaCraftworks and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

SECTION 10 – PROHIBITED USES

You may not use this website:

• For unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes

• To violate intellectual property or privacy rights

• To transmit viruses, harmful code, spam, or misleading information

• To interfere with the website’s operation or security

SECTION 12 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted by Shopify. However, all purchases made through woodova.id are transactions directly between the customer and WoodovaCraftworks.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform but is not the seller of WoodovaCraftworks products and is not responsible for fulfilling orders, handling returns, or resolving product-related matters.

SECTION 13 – PRIVACY

Personal information collected through this website is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may process information required to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud, and fulfill orders.

SECTION 14 – WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WoodovaCraftworks is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent required. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

SECTION 16 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available in the customer’s country of residence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be handled by a competent court in accordance with applicable law.

SECTION 17 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Changes become effective from the date they are published unless otherwise stated.

The Terms that apply to an order are those in effect when the order is placed.
