WoodovaCraftworks

Our products are made in our production workshop in Jepara, Indonesia, using solid teak root wood, solid teak, and natural woven rattan. Each piece is shaped and finished by hand, so variations in grain, color, shape, and live edge are part of its unique natural character.

Our business and customer support are managed from Tasikmalaya, West Java, Indonesia.

Frequently Asked Questions

Custom Orders

Yes. We welcome requests for custom lengths, depths, unfinished surfaces, and flat or natural live-edge sides.

Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm material availability, production time, and pricing. Custom or personalized products cannot be returned due to a change of mind, except if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours after an order is placed.

After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible because production may have already started. Please contact us as soon as possible at woodova.id@gmail.com.

Returns & Exchanges

Return requests for eligible standard products are accepted within 14 days after delivery.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Please contact us before sending a return. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Custom-sized or personalized products cannot be returned due to a change of mind. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are covered separately.

Duties & Taxes

For non-remote deliveries to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and Australia, applicable import duties and import taxes are included in the purchase price and shipped on a duties-paid basis.

Local sales tax may still be calculated at checkout where required by law.

For remote or extended delivery areas, free standard shipping still applies. However, duties, taxes, handling fees, and other import charges are not prepaid and must be paid by the recipient if charged.

For all other destinations, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Production & Shipping

Production normally requires 7–10 business days.

After dispatch, standard international delivery normally takes approximately 10–14 business days. We currently offer standard shipping only; express shipping is not available.

Tracking information will be provided after dispatch. Customs inspections, severe weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions may cause delays outside our control.

Materials & Construction

Our teak root shelves are handcrafted from solid teak root wood. Our furniture may combine solid teak with natural woven rattan.

Natural variations in grain, color, shape, markings, and live edge make every piece unique and are not considered defects.

Smaller shelves are generally made from one solid piece. Longer or custom-sized shelves may use professional joining when required for strength and material availability.

Finish & Edge Options

Our standard finish is a clear gloss protective finish that preserves the natural color and grain of the wood.

Teak root shelves normally feature an organic live edge. Unfinished surfaces, flatter sides, or other edge preferences may be requested before ordering, subject to material availability.

Installation & Hardware

Mounting hardware is included with our wall shelves.

Because wall materials and structures vary, customers are responsible for confirming that the supplied or selected anchors are suitable for their wall. Professional installation is recommended for heavy shelves or when you are unsure about the wall structure.

Packaging & Damage

Every order is securely packed for international delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days whenever possible and provide clear photographs of the item, outer packaging, and shipping label.

After reviewing the evidence, we may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
